Where have we been...

So we haven't posted anything in a while... I am sorry. I am going to get back to blogging (both blogs) soon. I am taking a breather from life. I am doing absolutely nothing as long as possible. I really struggle with this... and I feel like a waste. BUT I was told by many to do nothing while you can... I have finished student teaching and school.... We have been Snowboarding A LOT! we have a lot of photos and video... I will try to weed out the best ones and post on them later... I am not posting 300 photos to a blog. Our life is a waiting game. The house is on the market/School is over/work is pretty much over/application status is still unknown for Stephens schools. So we are waiting... and I am less stressed than I use to be. I think now that it is out of my hands, I don't feel stressed. I know that will change so I will enjoy this for a while. I start subbing next week for a week or so... It will be nice to do it for money and see my girls again. The last day of saying goodbye to my students was harder than I thought. I am guessing that means that I liked teaching... I was pretty hot and cold about it during the practicum.

We have been staying at my parents house with my sister while they are on a fun little trip with my grandparents. It has been so fun to hang out with my little sister... and I really enjoy it. Yesterday we went together to get our hairs cut. I came out looking completely different... its a fun change.... I use to do a lot of fun stuff to my hair, clothes and other things. Hopefully I can get back to doing my thannng.

Side note- for those of you that know my hair.... It took 3.5 hours to get it cut... thats what you get for having a lot of hair.... Its funny every time I go to get it cut the whole time they are just amazed at my hair.... the whole time they comment- the hair never ends.... you move some a way and than you find more hair... I love the place I go to and wish I could afford to go more... he cares so much about my hair... and he loves what he does and knows what he is doing. I have yet to find many hair stylist who know how to deal with my hair.

Looks good. I wish you could share some of your hair with me, I'm lacking in that area.

Thanks for the update, and keep us posted on your doings and come visit.

cute hair! yeah it pretty much takes forever to get a good haircut (and it generally is pretty pricey) but when you can get what you want isn't it the BEST? woo!

Lol YES they say the same thing when they cut my hair but since my hair is fine they are always surprised because they don't expect it. EVERY TIME without fail. WOW your hair is so thick. . . . two hours later WOW your hair is so thick. It must be killer parsons genes. There's no hope for our hairy kids.

That's fun that your subbing. Teaching is like that. You hate it somedays. Other days you feel like you're on top of the world. One day you think you're an awful teacher the next your awesome. Parenting is kinda like that too btw. . . .
